Quantabio UltraPlex 1-Step ToughMix (4X) L-ROX is a 4X concentrated, one-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) master mix formulated for probe-based detection of RNA templates. The product is supplied for 100 reactions (20 µL each) and contains an optimized buffer, reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and hot-start DNA polymerase to enable single-tube reverse transcription and real-time PCR. It is designed for high-sensitivity RT-qPCR including multiplex assays (up to five targets) and applications where sample-derived inhibitors may be present.
