UltraPlex 1-Step ToughMix (4X) L-ROX is a ready-to-use, 4X concentrated master mix for one-step reverse transcription and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates using probe-based detection. The formulation includes reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and hot-start Taq DNA polymerase with optimized buffers and stabilizers, and is supplied with Low ROX passive reference dye. It is designed for sensitive, multiplex RT-qPCR workflows and for applications where template-derived PCR inhibitors may be present, enabling convenient ambient-temperature reaction setup and probe-based quantification of up to five targets in a single reaction.
