sparQ RNA-Seq HMR Kit is an ultra-fast RNA library preparation kit designed to generate stranded RNA-seq libraries for Illumina NGS platforms with integrated ribosomal RNA and globin mRNA depletion. The workflow performs RNA fragmentation and depletion of abundant rRNA and globin transcripts (human, mouse, and rat) in a single step/tube, producing sequencer-ready directional transcriptome libraries in approximately 4.5 hours. The kit is formulated to work with intact or degraded RNA and includes optimizations to improve performance with low-input samples and FFPE-derived RNA.
