Quantabio sparQ PureMag Beads is a magnetic-bead based nucleic acid purification reagent formulated for reaction cleanup and size selection in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows. The product is supplied as a 60 mL suspension (catalog part 95196-060) and is used to remove primers, primer-dimers, unincorporated nucleotides, salts, adapters and adapter-dimers from NGS library prep reactions while enabling recovery of DNA fragments greater than 100 bp. The formulation is suitable for both manual and automated processing to integrate into existing NGS library preparation pipelines.
