qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix ROX is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated master mix for one-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) that performs first-strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification in a single tube. It is formulated for probe-based detection chemistries (for example TaqMan 5'-hydrolysis probes) and is intended for highly sensitive quantification of RNA targets such as RNA viruses or low-abundance transcripts, as well as high-throughput gene-expression studies. The product is supplied with a titrated ROX passive reference dye and packaged to provide 100 x 20 µL reactions (1 x 1 mL).
