Quantabio qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix, 2000R 95132-02K
qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated master mix formulated for reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates using probe-based detection. It contains qScript XLT reverse transcriptase, AccuStart II Taq DNA polymerase, RNase inhibitor and an optimized reaction buffer to enable sensitive, specific cDNA synthesis and PCR in a single step. The 2000R 95132-02K configuration provides 2000 reactions (20 µL each; 1 × 20 mL) and is intended for highly sensitive quantification of RNA targets such as RNA viruses, low-abundance transcripts, and high-throughput gene-expression studies, and is compatible with multiplex probe assays.
Key Features:
- Pack size: 2000 × 20 µL reactions (1 × 20 mL)
- 2X concentrated one-step RT-qPCR master mix
- Contains qScript XLT reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, and AccuStart II Taq DNA polymerase
- Optimized reaction buffer with molecular-grade MgCl2 and dNTPs
- Compatible with probe-based chemistries and supports multiplexing up to four targets
- Formulated to overcome common sample inhibitors (e.g., polysaccharides, heme, humic acid, melanin)
Advantages:
- High sensitivity and specificity for detection and quantification of RNA targets due to optimized RT and polymerase combination
- Robust performance in inhibitor-containing or challenging sample matrices, reducing failed reactions
- Flexible workflow compatibility with fast or standard qPCR cycling and multiplex probe assays for increased throughput
