Quantabio qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix, 100R 95132-100
qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix is a ready-to-use, highly sensitive 2X master mix for reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates. Supplied for 100 reactions (100 x 20 µL), part number 95132-100, the formulation enables one-tube cDNA synthesis and qPCR using probe-based detection (e.g., TaqMan®) and is designed for use with fast or standard qPCR cycling. The mix is engineered to tolerate common sample inhibitors and to support multiplex detection of up to four targets.
Key Features:
- Format: 2X concentrated One-Step RT-qPCR master mix
- Pack size: 100 reactions (100 x 20 µL); part number 95132-100
- Contains qScript XLT reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and AccuStart II Taq DNA polymerase
- Compatible with probe-based chemistries (TaqMan® hydrolysis probes) and multiplexing up to 4 targets
- Tolerant to common PCR inhibitors (polysaccharides, heme/hemoglobin, humic acid, melanin)
- Suitable for fast or standard qPCR cycling and broad dynamic range
Advantages:
- High sensitivity and efficiency for detection of low-abundance RNA targets
- Robust performance in inhibitor-containing samples, increasing success with challenging specimen types
- Enables multiplex assays (up to four targets) to streamline workflows and conserve sample
- Ready-to-use 2X mix simplifies setup with combined RT and PCR enzymes and reagents
