qScript XLT cDNA SuperMix is a stabilized, single-tube 5X concentrated master mix for first-strand cDNA synthesis, formulated for two-step RT-PCR and RT-qPCR applications. It contains an engineered qScript XLT M-MLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and a pre-mixed combination of random hexamer and oligo(dT) primers to produce unbiased representation of 5′ and 3′ RNA sequences ≤1 kb. The product is provided as a 100-reaction pack (100R) with catalog code 95161-100 and is intended for sensitive cDNA synthesis from limiting or complex RNA templates prior to downstream PCR or quantitative PCR.
