Quantabio qScript XLT cDNA SuperMix, 25R 95161-025
qScript XLT cDNA SuperMix is a single-tube, 5X concentrated master mix designed for first-strand cDNA synthesis for two-step RT-PCR and RT-qPCR. The SuperMix contains engineered qScript XLT reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity, a proprietary blend of random hexamer and oligo(dT) primers, recombinant ribonuclease inhibitor, dNTPs and optimized buffer components to enable sensitive and unbiased cDNA synthesis of RNA targets ≤1 kb. It is formulated to deliver high yields from limiting or abundant RNA inputs and to simplify reaction assembly for quantitative and conventional RT-PCR workflows.
Key Features:
- Pack size: 25 reactions (25 x 20 µL reactions; 1 x 100 µL total)
- Single-tube, 5X concentrated master mix
- Optimized for RNA targets ≤ 1 kb
- Contains engineered qScript XLT reverse transcriptase and recombinant RNase inhibitor
- Pre-blended random hexamer and oligo(dT) primers; includes dNTPs and optimized MgCl2
Advantages:
- Minimizes pipetting steps and simplifies reaction setup via a stabilized 5X concentrated SuperMix
- Provides equal representation of 5′ and 3′ RNA sequences ≤1 kb for unbiased cDNA synthesis
- Improved template binding and higher cDNA yields with problematic sequences or complex secondary structure
- Broad linear dynamic detection range enabling sensitive performance from limiting (pg) to abundant (µg) RNA inputs
