qScript UltraFlex 100R is a first-strand cDNA synthesis kit designed for reverse transcription of RNA into single-stranded cDNA for downstream RT-PCR and RT-qPCR workflows. The kit uses a next-generation, RNase H–deficient reverse transcriptase engineered for improved thermostability and processivity, supports flexible priming methods (oligo-dT, random primers, and gene-specific primers), and is intended for molecular biology applications requiring rapid, high-yield cDNA synthesis.
