Qscript lyo 1-Step is a lyophilized, single-reaction master mix designed for one-step RT-qPCR of RNA targets. Supplied in an eight-strip PCR tube format with 24 reactions per pack, the reagent contains a hot-start thermostable DNA polymerase and a genetically engineered reverse transcriptase to enable sensitive, reproducible RT-qPCR with hydrolysis probes. Typical use cases include sensitive detection and quantification of RNA targets and multiplex assays of up to five targets where ambient-temperature shipping and simplified setup are required.
