qScript 1-Step Virus ToughMix is a 2X ready-to-use master mix formulated for one-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) detection of RNA viruses and low-abundance RNA targets. The kit performs first-strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification in a single tube and is optimized for rapid, sensitive detection of viral RNA such as influenza and SARS‑CoV‑2. The supplied format provides 100 reactions (100R) supplied as 1 x 1 mL (100 x 20 µL reactions) for use with probe-based real-time PCR systems.
