qScript One-Step RT-qPCR Kit is a 2X master mix system for performing reverse transcription and quantitative PCR in a single tube using probe-based detection chemistries (for example, TaqMan 5'-hydrolysis probes). cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification are carried out without opening the reaction tube, enabling sensitive RT-qPCR of RNA templates for gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, and other molecular biology applications. The product is supplied in a 200 x 50 µL reaction format.

Key Features:

  • Format: 2X RT-qPCR master mix (one-step, single-tube)
  • Pack size: 200 x 50 µL reactions (95057-200)
  • Detection chemistry: designed for probe-based assays (e.g., TaqMan 5'-hydrolysis probes)
  • Enzyme composition: proprietary reverse transcriptase plus hot-start DNA polymerase
  • Product variants: available with ROX or Low-ROX reference dye options

Advantages:

  • One-step workflow combines reverse transcription and qPCR in the same tube, reducing hands-on time and contamination risk
  • Optimized buffer and enzyme formulation deliver high sensitivity and specificity for low-copy RNA targets
  • Compatible with standard and fast thermal cycling protocols, offering workflow flexibility
  • ROX-containing and Low-ROX variants enable use across instruments that require an internal reference dye
