Quantabio QSCR XLT 1STEP RTQPCR TM L-ROX 95134-100
qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix, Low ROX is a ready-to-use, highly sensitive one-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR master mix for RT-qPCR of RNA templates using hybridization probe detection (e.g., TaqMan). First-strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification are performed in the same tube without opening, enabling sensitive quantification of RNA viruses and low-abundance RNA targets as well as high-throughput gene-expression studies. The formulation is optimized for maximal RT-qPCR efficiency, sensitivity, and specificity and is tolerant of common PCR inhibitors found in clinical, environmental, and tissue-derived samples.
Key Features:
- Product format: ready-to-use 2X One-Step RT-qPCR master mix (qScript XLT ToughMix)
- Detection chemistry: probe-based hybridization probes such as TaqMan (suitable for real-time PCR systems not requiring a passive reference dye)
- Pack size and reaction volume: 100 x 20 µL reactions (1 x 1 mL).
- Passive reference dye: Low ROX included
- Multiplexing: supports detection of up to four targets in multiplex assays
- Performance: formulated for inhibitor tolerance to enable use with challenging sample types
Advantages:
- High sensitivity for detection and quantification of RNA viruses and low-abundance transcripts
- Robust performance in the presence of common PCR inhibitors from clinical, environmental, or tissue samples
- Streamlined one-tube workflow (cDNA synthesis and PCR in a single closed reaction) reduces hands-on time and contamination risk
- Supports multiplex probe-based assays, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple targets
