Quantabio QSCR XLT 1STEP RTQPCR TM L-ROX 95134-02K
qScript XLT 1-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix L-ROX is a ready-to-use, 2X master mix for one-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates using hybridization probe detection chemistries such as TaqMan. The formulation performs first-strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification in a single closed tube and is intended for highly sensitive quantification of RNA viruses, low-abundance RNA targets, and high-throughput gene-expression studies. The product is supplied with a low-ROX reference dye configuration for instruments that require reduced passive reference signal.
Key Features:
- Format: 2X ready-to-use One-Step RT-qPCR master mix
- Contains: qScript XLT reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor protein, hot-start DNA polymerase and stabilizers
- Detection chemistry: compatible with dual-labeled probe chemistries (e.g., TaqMan)
- Performance: tolerant to common PCR inhibitors (polysaccharides, heme/hemoglobin, humic acid, melanin)
- Multiplexing: supports detection of up to four targets
- Pack size/specification: 2000 x 20 µL reactions (1 x 20 mL) in Low-ROX configuration
Advantages:
- High sensitivity and specificity for RNA virus detection and low-abundance targets
- Resistant to common sample inhibitors, improving success with challenging matrices
- Flexible use with fast or standard qPCR cycling conditions to support throughput needs
- Enables multiplex assays (up to four targets) for consolidated target detection
