PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix ROX is a 2X concentrated qPCR master mix formulated for real-time PCR using SYBR Green I detection and instruments requiring ROX passive reference dye. The mix contains stabilizers and an optimized buffer to deliver high PCR efficiency, sensitivity, and a robust fluorescent signal for detection of double-stranded DNA targets. It includes AccuStart antibody hot-start Taq polymerase and ROX reference dye, enabling convenient reaction setup and use on ROX-normalized real-time PCR platforms for gene expression and DNA quantification workflows.
