PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix L-ROX is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated qPCR master mix designed for SYBR Green I real-time PCR detection and instrument platforms requiring Low ROX normalization. The mix combines an ultrapure hot-start AccuStart DNA polymerase with a proprietary buffer and stabilizers that preserve a high concentration of SYBR Green I dye, providing robust fluorescent signal for low-abundance targets and small amplicons. It is intended for routine gene expression and DNA quantification by real-time PCR.

Key Features:

  • 2X concentrated reaction mix
  • 500 reactions (based on 50 µL reaction size)
  • Formulated with ultrapure AccuStart hot-start DNA polymerase
  • Pre-blended with Low ROX reference dye
  • Proprietary buffer stabilizing high concentration of SYBR Green I dye

Advantages:

  • Maximizes PCR efficiency and sensitivity through optimized buffer and enzyme formulation
  • Delivers a robust fluorescent signal for low-abundance targets and small amplicons (e.g., microRNA)
  • Simplifies reaction setup and reduces pipetting steps due to 2X ready-to-use format
  • Includes Low ROX normalization for instruments that require ROX reference dye
