Quantabio PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix L-ROX, 2000R 95056-02K
PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix L-ROX is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated qPCR master mix formulated for SYBR Green I detection and normalized with Low ROX reference dye. The mix stabilizes a high concentration of SYBR Green I for robust fluorescent signal with low-abundance or small amplicons and contains an ultra-pure, highly processive Taq DNA polymerase controlled by AccuStart antibody hot-start technology to permit ambient setup and rapid activation. It is supplied as a 50 mL bottle providing 2000 × 50 µL reactions and is intended for real-time quantitative PCR applications where intercalating-dye detection is required.
Key Features:
- Format: 2X concentrated, single-tube SuperMix
- Detection chemistry: SYBR Green I with Low ROX reference dye (L-ROX)
- Enzyme: ultra-pure, high-processivity Taq DNA polymerase with AccuStart antibody hot-start
- Pack size / reactions: 2000 × 50 µL reactions (1 × 50 mL)
- Optimized for small amplicons and low-abundance targets
Advantages:
- Simplifies reaction setup and reduces pipetting steps via 2X concentrated, premixed formulation
- Delivers strong optical signal for small or low-abundance targets through stabilized high SYBR Green I concentration
- Enables ambient-temperature plate setup with reliable hot-start control and rapid enzyme activation
