PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated qPCR master mix formulated for dye-based real-time PCR using SYBR Green I. It provides antibody-mediated hot-start AccuStart Taq DNA polymerase and optimized buffer/stabilizers to deliver high PCR efficiency, sensitivity and a robust fluorescent signal for quantitative amplification. Typical use cases include routine qPCR assays for gene expression and target quantification on a wide range of real-time PCR instruments.
