PerfeCTa SYBR Green SuperMix is a 2X concentrated qPCR reaction mix formulated for SYBR Green I dye–based real-time PCR. The mix is pre-blended with reference dye and a proprietary buffer system that stabilizes high concentrations of SYBR Green I to deliver robust fluorescent signal and optimized performance for low-abundance or small targets (for example, microRNA). The SuperMix contains AccuStart hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and reagents optimized to simplify reaction setup and improve amplification efficiency and sensitivity for quantitative PCR applications.
