PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix, ROX is a ready-to-use 2X qPCR master mix formulated for SYBR Green detection and real-time PCR applications. The reagent contains a reference ROX dye and is supplied for 250 reactions (20 μL each) to enable quantitative amplification using either fast or standard thermal cycling protocols. The formulation includes a hot-start Taq polymerase and optimized buffer components to provide sensitive, specific detection of DNA targets in research workflows.

Key Features:

  • 2X ready-to-use master mix for real-time PCR
  • Includes SYBR Green I fluorescent dye for DNA detection
  • Contains ROX reference dye for fluorescence normalization
  • Supplied for 250 reactions (20 μL reaction size; 2 × 1.25 mL total)
  • Designed to support both fast and standard thermal cycling conditions
  • Includes hot-start Taq DNA polymerase (stabilized formulation)

Advantages:

  • Simplifies reaction setup by providing a single 2X master mix with dye and enzyme included
  • ROX reference dye improves data precision by normalizing well-to-well fluorescence variation
  • Optimized buffer and hot-start enzyme enable sensitive, specific amplification under fast or standard cycling
