PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix, LRX 250R is a ready-to-use 2X master mix for real-time PCR (qPCR) that enables SYBR Green–based detection. The formulation contains an optimized reaction buffer, AccuFast/AccuStart Taq DNA polymerase, SYBR Green I dye and a Low ROX reference dye, and is supplied as two 1.25 mL tubes for a total of 250 × 20 µL reactions. It is designed for sensitive, specific amplification under either fast or standard thermal cycling conditions for routine qPCR assays.
