Quantabio PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix, L-ROX 5000 95074-05K
PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix, L-ROX is a ready-to-use 2X qPCR master mix formulated for SYBR Green I dye–based real-time PCR. The mix contains an optimized buffer, stabilizers, AccuStart antibody hot-start Taq polymerase, SYBR Green I dye and a titrated Low-ROX reference dye to provide robust fluorescent signal, high sensitivity and efficient amplification under both fast and standard thermal cycling conditions. Typical uses include gene expression analysis, low-copy target detection and other SYBR Green qPCR applications on instruments that require Low ROX normalization.
Key Features:
- Format: 5000 reactions (configured as 20 µL reaction size equivalents; 1 x 50 mL total)
- Concentration: 2X ready-to-use master mix
- Reference dye: Low ROX (L-ROX) included
- Polymerase: Ultrapure AccuStart antibody hot-start Taq DNA polymerase
- Detection chemistry: SYBR Green I intercalating dye
- Thermal cycling: Supports fast and standard cycling conditions
Advantages:
- Optimized buffer and stabilizers deliver high PCR efficiency, sensitivity and a robust fluorescent signal
- AccuStart antibody hot-start enzyme improves specificity and reduces non-specific amplification
- 2X concentrated, ready-to-use formulation minimizes pipetting steps and simplifies reaction setup
