PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix, L-ROX is a ready-to-use 2X master mix for real-time PCR (qPCR) that provides SYBR Green–based detection with an included L-ROX passive reference dye. The formulation contains proprietary buffer components, stabilizers and AccuFast hot-start Taq DNA polymerase to deliver high sensitivity, specificity and efficient amplification under either accelerated (fast) or conventional cycling conditions. Primary use cases are quantitative PCR assays using intercalating-dye detection for DNA targets in molecular biology research applications.
