PerfeCTa SYBR Green FastMix for iQ is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated real-time PCR master mix formulated for SYBR Green detection. The formulation contains reaction buffer, AccuStart hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, SYBR Green I dye, stabilizers and reference dye, and is optimized to deliver high sensitivity, specificity and PCR efficiency under both fast and standard thermal cycling conditions. The product presentation corresponds to 5000 x 20 µL reactions supplied as a 50 mL bottle (catalog 95071-05K).
