PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix UNG L-ROX is a ready-to-use 2X qPCR master mix formulated for probe-based real-time PCR workflows. It contains a hot-start DNA polymerase and UNG (uracil-N-glycosylase) to prevent carry-over contamination, and is provided with a low ROX passive reference dye for instruments that require low ROX normalization. The product is supplied in a format sufficient for 1250 reactions (20 µL reaction volume) and is intended for quantitative gene expression, genotyping, and other probe-based qPCR applications.

Key Features:

  • Format: 2X master mix, ready-to-use
  • Includes UNG (uracil-N-glycosylase) for carry-over contamination control
  • Low ROX passive reference dye included (L-ROX)
  • Contains hot-start DNA polymerase
  • Sufficient for 1250 reactions at 20 µL each

Advantages:

  • Ready-to-use 2X formulation simplifies setup and reduces pipetting steps
  • UNG inclusion prevents carry-over contamination from previous PCR products
  • Low ROX formulation provides compatibility with instruments that require low ROX normalization
