PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use real-time PCR master mix formulated for robust amplification of DNA templates and probe-based qPCR. The formulation overcomes many PCR inhibitors commonly found in crude or complex sample types and is compatible with fluorogenic probe chemistries (including TaqMan® probes) for routine gene expression, DNA quantitation, and presence/absence assays. The product is supplied in a 50 mL format sufficient for 5000 × 20 µL reactions and includes a ROX passive reference dye for instrument normalization.
