PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix L-ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use qPCR reaction cocktail designed for PCR amplification of DNA templates. The formulation overcomes many known inhibitors often present in crude samples from environmental, plant, or animal tissues and is compatible with fluorogenic probe chemistries, including TaqMan hydrolysis probes. The mix is pre-formulated with a low-ROX passive reference dye (L-ROX), AccuStart II hot-start DNA polymerase, optimized buffer, dNTPs, and the AccuVue tracer dye to simplify reaction assembly.
