PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix L-ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use qPCR master mix formulated for probe-based real-time PCR applications. It incorporates a low-ROX passive reference dye and a proprietary ToughMix formulation to neutralize PCR inhibitors commonly found in crude or challenging sample types.
