PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix L-ROX is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated master mix formulated for real-time PCR using hydrolysis probes (TaqMan-style). It provides inhibitor-resistant amplification with an ultra-pure thermostable AccuStart II DNA polymerase and contains a low-ROX (L-ROX) passive reference dye for signal normalization. The product is supplied with an AccuVue tracer/plate-loading dye and is intended for fast or conventional qPCR cycling protocols in research applications.
