PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use qPCR master mix formulated for real-time PCR amplification of DNA templates. It contains optimized buffer components, dNTPs, MgCl2, a hot-start DNA polymerase (AccuStart enzyme technology), an included qPCR dye, and stabilizers, and is designed to neutralize common PCR inhibitors encountered in crude or complex sample matrices. Supplied as 250 reactions (250R) in the 95112-250 configuration (two 1.25 mL tubes), it is intended for applications requiring robust, inhibitor-resistant probe-based qPCR performance across clinical, environmental, plant, or food-tested samples.
