PerfeCTa qPCR SuperMix L-ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction mix formulated for real-time quantitative PCR applications that require a Low-ROX passive reference dye. The mix contains ultrapure, antibody-mediated hot-start AccuStart Taq DNA polymerase together with optimized buffer components and stabilizers to support sensitive and specific qPCR amplification. It is supplied as a bulk format sufficient for 2000 x 50 µL reactions and is intended for research use in real-time qPCR workflows that utilize Low-ROX normalization.
