Quantabio PerfeCTa qPCR FastMix,UNG 1250R 95076-012
PerfeCTa qPCR FastMix, UNG is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction cocktail designed for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) using hydrolysis probe chemistries. The mix contains buffer systems, stabilizers and AccuFast™ Taq DNA polymerase with a UNG component for carryover control, enabling room-temperature reaction assembly and rapid heat activation (20 seconds at 95 °C). It is formulated to deliver high efficiency, sensitivity and robust fluorescent signal under both fast and conventional cycling conditions and is intended for probe-based qPCR workflows.
Key Features:
- Format: 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction mix
- Includes AccuFast™ Taq DNA polymerase with antibody-based hot-start (heat activation: 20 s at 95 °C)
- UNG present for uracil-DNA glycosylase carryover control
- Optimized for TaqMan® and TaqMan® MGB probe chemistries with robust fluorescent signal under rapid or conventional cycling
- Packaged for 1250 reactions (1250 x 20 μL) — Catalog/Part code: 95076-012
Advantages:
- Rapid setup and throughput: room-temperature reaction assembly and fast heat activation support accelerated cycling workflows
- High sensitivity and specificity: proprietary buffer, stabilizers and AccuFast™ Taq deliver strong signal and improved detection performance with probe chemistries
- Contamination control: UNG component provides enzymatic carryover prevention for increased assay integrity
- Improved assay discrimination: formulation suppresses cross-reactivity between homologous sequences, aiding SNP and probe-based applications
