PerfeCTa Multiplex qPCR ToughMix, ROX 5000R is a ready-to-use, 5X concentrated multiplex qPCR master mix formulated for probe-based multiplex real-time PCR with a titrated ROX passive reference dye. It provides a single-tube solution that contains AccuStart II Taq DNA Polymerase, optimized reaction buffer and dNTPs for amplification of multiple targets in the same reaction and is intended for molecular biology and qPCR applications requiring multiplex detection and use of ROX normalization.
