PerfeCTa Multiplex qPCR ToughMix is a 5X ready-to-use reaction cocktail formulated for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and compatible digital PCR workflows. It is designed to overcome a broad spectrum of common PCR inhibitors found in complex sample matrices and to support highly multiplexed assays, enabling amplification of multiple targets in a single tube. The product format delivers 250 × 25 µL reactions supplied as 1 × 1.25 mL.
