PerfeCTa FastMix II, ROX is a 2X concentrated qPCR SuperMix formulated for probe-based real-time PCR and optimized for both fast and standard thermal cycling protocols. The reagent contains an ultra-pure hot-start DNA polymerase and supporting buffer components, includes ROX reference dye, and is supplied in a volume sufficient for 5000 x 20 µL reactions (1 x 50 mL). Typical uses include sensitive probe-based DNA detection workflows such as pathogen detection and other demanding qPCR applications using TaqMan-style hydrolysis probes.
