PerfeCTa FastMix II, ROX is a 2X concentrated real-time qPCR SuperMix formulated for both fast and conventional thermal cycling protocols. It provides a ready-to-use, single-tube reaction mixture for probe-based qPCR assays (including hydrolysis/TaqMan probes) and contains stabilizers and tracer dye to assist mixing and handling. The kit is supplied as 250 reactions (2 × 1.25 mL) of 2X master mix intended for routine quantitative PCR applications requiring sensitive, high-efficiency probe detection.
