PerfeCTa FastMix II, ROX, 1250R is a 2X concentrated qPCR SuperMix formulated for probe-based DNA detection in both fast and conventional thermal cycling protocols. Supplied as 1250 x 20 µL reactions (10 x 1.25 mL), the reagent contains an inert AccuVue plate loading dye and a titrated reference dye (ROX) to provide visual confirmation of mixing and instrument reference normalization. The mix is intended for sensitive, high-efficiency qPCR assays using fluorogenic probe chemistries such as TaqMan and is suitable for demanding detection applications.
