PerfeCTa FastMix II, L-ROX is a 2X concentrated qPCR SuperMix formulated for both fast and conventional PCR cycling protocols. The reagent provides all required reaction components in a ready-to-use cocktail (except primers, probes and template) and includes an inert AccuVue plate loading dye and titrated Low-ROX reference dye. It is intended for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) applications using fluorogenic probe chemistries, including TaqMan hydrolysis probes, for sensitive detection and quantification of DNA/RNA targets.

Key Features:

  • 2X concentrated qPCR SuperMix
  • Low ROX reference dye included (L-ROX)
  • Contains AccuStart II Taq DNA Polymerase and inert AccuVue loading dye
  • Optimized for fast and conventional thermal cycling protocols
  • Packaged for 5000 x 20 µL reactions (1 x 50 mL)
  • Catalog/part code: 95120-05K

Advantages:

  • Ready-to-use 2X formulation simplifies qPCR setup by providing all reaction components except primers/probe and template
  • Optimized for rapid and standard cycling to support faster assays without sacrificing performance
  • Low-ROX reference dye and AccuVue loading dye provide consistent normalization and visual confirmation of mixing
  • Validated for use with fluorogenic probe chemistries (including TaqMan) for sensitive and efficient target detection
