PerfeCTa FastMix II, Low-ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use qPCR SuperMix formulated for probe-based real-time PCR workflows. It delivers high sensitivity and efficiency for both fast and conventional cycling protocols and is intended for quantitative PCR applications using fluorogenic probes such as TaqMan. Supplied in a pack size sufficient for 1250 × 20 µL reactions, the mix includes a low concentration ROX passive reference dye for instrument normalization and an inert dye to aid plate loading and mixing.

Key Features:

  • 2X concentrated ready-to-use qPCR SuperMix
  • Compatible with fast and conventional PCR cycling protocols
  • Formulated for fluorogenic probe chemistries (e.g., TaqMan hydrolysis probes)
  • Includes Low-ROX passive reference dye for fluorescence normalization
  • Pack size: sufficient for 1250 × 20 µL reactions
  • Contains inert AccuVue/plate-loading dye to minimize pipetting error

Advantages:

  • High sensitivity and PCR efficiency for reliable quantification across a wide dynamic range
  • Optimized for fast cycling to reduce run times without compromising performance
  • Low-ROX formulation enables accurate normalization on instruments requiring a passive reference dye
  • Inert plate-loading dye improves pipetting accuracy and visual confirmation of mixing
