PerfeCTa FastMix II is a 2X concentrated qPCR SuperMix formulated for probe-based real-time PCR applications. Supplied as a ready-to-use reaction cocktail, it contains all reaction components except primers, probes, and template and is optimized to support both fast and standard thermal cycling protocols for sensitive DNA detection and quantification. The product is provided for 250 reactions (20 µL each) and is packaged as two 1.25 mL tubes.
