Extracta DNA Prep for PCR is a two-component reagent system for rapid extraction of PCR-ready genomic DNA from a variety of tissues. The kit processes samples in less than 30 minutes (with an optional 10-minute protocol for high-throughput applications) and produces DNA suitable for endpoint PCR, qPCR and high-resolution melt analysis.
