AccuStart II PCR ToughMix is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use PCR reaction cocktail designed for amplification of DNA templates, including challenging or crude sample materials. The formulation contains a stabilized 2X PCR SuperMix with GelTrack Loading Dye and an ultrapure modified Taq DNA polymerase combined with high-avidity monoclonal antibodies for hot-start control. Primary use cases include routine endpoint PCR from environmental specimens, plant or animal tissues, and other samples that may contain PCR inhibitors.
