AccuStart II PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated PCR master mix formulated for routine DNA amplification. It contains AccuStart II hot-start Taq DNA polymerase with antibody-mediated hot-start control and is designed for reliable amplification of DNA fragments (up to 4 kb) in standard PCR workflows. Supplied for 100 reactions, the mix simplifies reaction setup by including all components except primers and template.
