AccuStart II GelTrack PCR SuperMix is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction cocktail for routine PCR amplification of DNA fragments up to 4 kb. The master mix contains AccuStart II Taq DNA polymerase with ultra-pure monoclonal hot-start antibodies and comes premixed with GelTrack Loading Dye to streamline downstream gel electrophoresis. It supplies all reaction components except primers and template and is intended for standard endpoint PCR workflows in molecular biology laboratories.
