The 10 mM dNTP Mix is a solution of high-purity deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates formulated as a ready-to-use 10 mM each dATP/dCTP/dGTP/dTTP mix. The product is functionally qualified for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and is suitable for conventional end-point PCR, real-time qPCR, first-strand cDNA synthesis, and other applications that require dNTPs as substrates. Supplied as a total of 1000 µL in five 200 µL aliquots, the formulation provides convenient aliquoting for multiple reactions and minimizes freeze–thaw cycles.
