Neogen® Swab-Sampler with 10 mL Letheen Broth is a self-contained swab and vial sampling device designed for environmental surface sampling and hygiene swabbing where neutralizing quaternary ammonium compounds is required. The device contains 10 mL of Letheen Broth to neutralize the bactericidal action of cationic surfactants and provides ample headspace for sample addition and vortexing to release organisms from the swab. Sample collection is easy with the attached swab, and the sampling device is decontaminated through gamma irradiation for long shelf life.
