Ultraseal™ Clear Seal Pierce - Lab Sheet SF03078LS is a thin polyester heat-sealing film supplied as lab sheets for sealing microplates. The seal is easily pierceable with autosampler needles and is described as suitable for PCR, qPCR and optical applications, including use with the ABI 3730 sequencer. Heat sealing provides complete seal integrity for plate sealing, and the product is presented for use in automated workflows and imaging/fluorescent detection methods.
