Signum Krystal™ ProG is a protein G coated 96-well polystyrene microplate with 350 µl well capacity and round F-bottom wells, designed for capture of IgG applied directly or as antibody/antigen complexes. The plate provides a clear working surface for ELISA, immunology and cell-based assays and is sealable with adhesive films or heat seals for sample handling. It is manufactured with uniform external dimensions, alphanumeric well coding and quality controls suitable for use with automated systems.
