The Milk Protein Rapid Kit is a rapid, qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed to screen for the presence of milk proteins (casein) in food ingredients, processed food products, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swab samples. Results are visible at 11 ± 1 minutes after application of the sample. A control line confirms the test is functioning and additional lines indicate nondetectable, low, and high levels of milk protein.
